Monthly 2D histograms of specified regions and dataset type (obs. vs model)

Convergence Test
Function: CONVERGENCE.m
for convergence test plot that indicates appropriate # of iterations for clustering

Panel of Silhouette Test (k=2,3,4) and Sensitivity Test
Function: KSENSITIVITY.m
for the composite figure of silhouette tests for k = 2, k = 3, and k = 4 and the sensitivity test. The silhouette test and sensitivity test are described in Latto and Romanou (2017)

Run k-Means
Function: CLUSTER.m
runs cluster analysis for a user-specified number of clusters (k) and iterations (i) and outputs the regimes
